1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the uuok platform, including the website at uuok.asia, the uuok mobile application, and all related services offered by uuok ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using uuok in any way — whether to browse, register, deposit, place bets, or play games — you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and uuok. If you are using uuok on behalf of another person or entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

uuok reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.

2 Eligibility

To use uuok, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a uuok employee.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on uuok. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, payment method, or device — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

When registering on uuok, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. uuok is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate information provided during registration.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your uuok account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. • Account registration is free and takes under two minutes.
• A valid mobile number is required for registration and verification.
• uuok may require additional identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals.
• Accounts that remain inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee or closure.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

uuok supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions on uuok are processed in BDT. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are displayed in your account dashboard.

Deposits on uuok are credited to your account instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact uuok support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals are processed within the timeframes stated in your account dashboard. uuok does not charge fees on standard withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own charges. You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that has been used to deposit on your uuok account.
• uuok may request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Funds deposited via a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• uuok reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if fraud or suspicious activity is suspected.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once they have been credited to your uuok account.

5 Betting Rules

All bets placed on uuok are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport or game in question, as well as these general Terms. By placing a bet on uuok, you confirm that you understand and accept the relevant rules.

uuok reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed in error, placed on an event with incorrect odds, or placed in circumstances that suggest manipulation or abuse of the platform. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your uuok account.

• Bets are final once confirmed. uuok does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the time of placing a bet.
• In-play bets are subject to a brief delay to prevent abuse of live data feeds.
• uuok settles bets based on official results from the relevant governing body. In the event of a dispute, uuok's decision is final.
• If an event is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport as published on uuok.
• uuok reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings on any single bet or combination of bets.

uuok takes match-fixing and sports integrity seriously. Any account found to be placing bets based on inside information or in connection with match manipulation will be immediately suspended and reported to the relevant authorities.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

uuok offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer. These general Terms apply in addition to any promotion-specific terms.

• Bonuses are credited to your uuok account in accordance with the terms of the specific offer.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, uuok reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited.
